FRIDAY FLOODING IN CAYUGA COUNTY / SURROUNDING AREAS
The main issue for much of the reason has been severe flooding caused by heavy rain, snow melt and ice jams in area rivers. The Hamlet of Campbell was evacuated Friday afternoon after an ice jam caused the Cohocton River to flood.
